It does a whole range of batteries, even the smaller AGMs for use in alarm systems, but I would not recommend charging at 30+ amps for too long since it seems to run VERY hot in this mode. If you current limit it, it works just fine and has a very nice maintain mode for all lead acid batteries; however, it does not have a maintain mode for LIFePO or Lithium Ion (which is kind of a bummer).

Using this for lithium solar batteries, and it worked well!

I LOVE the WavLink 450W Battery Charger. Although it was delivered just a few days ago, I have put it through some rigorous testing. Lithium, LifePO4, 2 types of lead-acid. The WavLink is performing way beyond what was originally anticipated. I simply did not expect such high quality in this price range. The WavLink 450W is the fifth Smart Charger I have purchased. The first three were returned. Had I bought the WavLink before the other "well-known" brand, I would not have needed the fifth. WavLink get's my highest recommendation!

Definitely great to have around. I have learned save money on buying a new battery. Replace the battery acid and recharge my battery!

Works absolutely perfect for my lifeboat for batteries it charges fast and it stops when it's supposed to best of all it's as quiet as can be. The only thing I think that would make it better is if it would restart after batteries reach a certain low point.

Easy to use

I purchased this 6/12v battery charger to use its desulfation feature. Unfortunately, instead of repairing my battery this thing made it unusable! I reached out to the seller and was told their support team will investigate and get back to me. Guess what? You guessed it, no response from them. My battery had 12.77-.88 volts on the meter, and it showed 5.57 resistance with 447a out of 850. As I told the seller, the desulfation option only lasted a few seconds and I tried this on two different batteries. By by time I tried repairing my battery with several desalfucation option, maintenance and charging, when it was all said and done. Resistance read over 7 ohm and CCA had gone down significantly, rendering the battery no longer usable. If you are trying to save your battery, I would strongly recommend you stay away from this unit.

So far, so good. I like the fact that these are basically the same as another product. But priced reasonably. I like the fact that you have so many controllable variables. I will be using them to charge LiFePo4 batteries. Will Update Later. Update: Worked great on the LiFePo4 batteries. Worked well on the gel cell lead acid batteries. No problems thus far. Ran cool (fan forced air cooling).
