The cinnamon taste is strong, the cereal is crunchy, and delicious, but it is priced just about out of reach for most folks. I buy at most one bag a month, can't afford to spend any more than that--there are some alternatives, far cheaper, and just about as good--just search "cinnamon" cereal.

Bad taste
The taste is awful and it is very sweet... i took it for health benefits but it seems it does otherwise. Unfortunately return is not permissable for this product.
