**Q: Could I have the list of the ingredients ?**
A: Click on the picture of the large green bottle at the top of the page to enlarge it. All the ingredients are listed on the bottom front of the bottle.

**Q: How much do you use each time to rinse?  Capful, teaspoon, etc?**
A: I use 1/2 a tsp. of mouthwash and 1/2 tsp. filtered water. Works great. Not too strong. Seems like it'll last a long time, at this rate.

**Q: for those who have Receding Gums which is the best product do you recommend?**
A: folks like us are stuck trying anything - I have found this to be helpful

**Q: Does it contain iodine?**
A: Ingredient list does not show iodine listed or any iodine containing sea vegetable.
