Is this as big as it looks in the picture?

It is probably not quite as big, but I really like this for my migraines and I have a very hard time finding them in the store.

are there 16 sheets or 4? because on the first picture in the right corner up its written the amazon sign and 4?

They are very good. It helps cool my forehead when I have a migraine. 

Is there any sort of smell from these? It seems like all the other brands have some sort of smell and that is the last thing I need.

There is a slight menthol smell. It is not stron when wearing but if you are scent sensitive with migraines these would not be good.
