A Very Fine Baking Product
This is a very interesting product to work with. When Caputo states the flour is milled for pasta, they mean business. I've worked with a lot of flour products in the past, and this one with a slightly coarse texture has me thinking beyond pasta. I used it in a Dutch oven baked pancake with very good results. With a flour this nuanced, I like to get experimental in my baking. Very fine product, Caputo. I encourage you to try it!

Poor packaging, expensive flour.
The flour is very good for pasta. Very expensive. The packaging was not good at all. The bag of flour came in a clear plastic bag and the flour bag was split wide open inside the plastic bag. The bag of flour should have been in a box like everything else you buy on Amazon. I'll never order from this buyer again unless this situation is rectified.
