Must wax finish after
This works instantly. Love it. Spray bottle doesn't work but the product is excellent. If you dont wax after cleaning the stains come back quickly. Canada weather maybe.

A little expensive, but well worth the price.
A little expensive, that is why I only gave it 4 stars. I've tried everything, and this is the only one that has worked for me as advertised. I have heavily stained concrete from my extremely hard water sprinklers. I also have a split face retaining wall that I was contemplating painting to hide the rust stains. I put this in my sprayer, and sprayed it on, let it sit for 2 minutes, and then I rinsed it off. I could not believe it. 90 percent of the rust had disappeared. I only wish this stuff wasn't so expensive, because I could use it much more often. At this price, I'm just going to have to use it at the end of watering season. But I will be using it going forward.

Best on the market.
Definitely the best product I've been able to find. Other products require scrubbing on stubborn stains, this one didn't even require a rinse.
