Great mailbox. Larger than I thought it would be. Well designed . All parts went together like they were supposed to.My only problem was not with the mailbox, but with my supplier of play sand. They keep theirs out in the open. Condensation was inside the bag making it wet and therefore hard to pour through the funnel. I ended up having to push it through the funnel with my finger and then using a rubber mallet to get the sand to settle.But after all is said and done, the mailbox looks great at the end of my driveway, The postal carrier also likes that the door is magnetic and doesn't have to be snapped closed like my old one did.

Excellent product, easy to assemble and take care of. I would recommend filling with sand to keep standing up. I also incorporated it into the landscape and covering the top with flat stones. If you are looking for a Mail box with a post, that is easy to assemble with no digging, this product is for you. They also include the numbers to attach to the mailbox.

I was worried at first about the plastic parts: would it look cheesy, or cheap?I need not worry: the unit looks substantial and well made, and with the weight of the sand, the mailbox the in place to stay.

The mailbox was simple to install. Found it easier as a two-person task. If not using an impact drill (we didn’t), need to apply a good bit of strength to get the screws into the plastic, but it still worked well. The toughest part was making sure that the play sand we bought was fully dry so it would go all the way into the base (nothing to do with the quality of this product, but very important pre-step).Found it to be a good, stable base once it was all set up. Love the double door design.Happy with the purchase!

I love our new mailbox! The directions confused me a little as they were on three separate pages, but once I got it sorted, it went well. Everything fit together well and easily. And it looks great! I am extra pleased that it was made in America by a company run by veterans! Will definitely be buying more products from this company and telling others about them!

UPDATE: Seller replied and is sending missing parts. Was very good to work with. Product is nice other than missing parts. The reason the door did not stay shut is the metal strike plate for the magnet was missing. I would purchase again based on sellers response and help. Great customer service. Changed my review to 5 star based on customer service.Would leave a 4 or 5 but they left out one of the white main plugs and sand leaked out. Also the door does not stay shut unless pushed to one side. The plug was not one of 3 that you put in after filling but one of the bottom plugs that should have been in already in. So quite a mess of lost sand. Would not buy again and if it was not such a hassle I would probably return it.
