Q: I have very small ears and I'm concerned that these may be uncomfortable. Does anybody have a size comparison?

I usually use Large. The medium basic kept sliding out my ear and making the sound, sound robotic. Small was too small. Large didn't fit well. I used the only Comply foam tips which come in Large and it sounds better now. If you have a small ears I recommend buying Small Comply foam tips on Amazon and then you will Love it. There is a basic Small tip but it's rubber and not foam. The foam seals the ears better.

Q: Can the multipoint feature work on these buds paired with airpods pros on an apple phone?

Yup. It works. Extremely smooth when it comes to multipoint
