Excellent for basic computers!
Bought this ARTIS SMPS as my old VIP one was dying. Received it in excellent condition. Using it in my old basic PC. It has good build quality but the cable quality is just average. The noise level is very much audible but not very loud. The total output of this SMPS is 310W, so this makes it suitable for only basic computer with low-end graphics card. It doesn't have power connector for graphics card so for gaming you need at least 500W+ SMPS. For me I found this a very good Value for money. I have had no problems running my computer for 10-12 hours daily. I'm very satisfied with it.

Solid Power Supply Unit
After a power-outage and power re-start, the old power supply unit of my desktop was unfortunately destroyed. I bought this as a replacement, and can recommend it: very simply to install in your desktop PC and fulfils its duty for more than a year now without any issue.

A Good Budget SMPS for A Budget PC
This SMPS is basically for Budget or Mid Range PCs Where Power Requirement is Under 250-300 Watts. So as per my recommendation Calculate your PC wattage before buying any SMPS. Got new and its working fine, only issue is of the power cable that comes with it, i had to use my old power cable to make it work.

Replaced 3 times, mailed it to Artis and they very helpfully repaired it for free
My desktop has a 3200G with 16GB of RAM, no GPU. Yet it shuts down ever so often. Had replaced the PSU 3 times because of defective fans, dented cage, etc. Still got a dud.Artis support was great. I mailed the PSU to their center in Pune, and got it back after a week, at no cost.Hopefully their other products are more dependable.
