the best vitamine aid for hair strength and nail strength
this isn't to help you grow your hair or nails faster it's to help your cuticles strengthen so your hair and nails don't break. which naturally you should be able to do this but stress, weather and other things like to say nope. if you pair it with hydration and you're on track to naturally growing your hair out.
