Delivered exactly like the picture below. Item was only covered by the plastic and it was only half the shoe box as if someone cut the top part off. Luckily the shoes were not damaged.

Its very comfortable for my reat all day shift with the breathable and flexible build. Unfortunately it sucks they don't have wide options
