I bought a pair in my usual size, but returned them because they were too roomy. Should I buy a size down?** A: I have a wide foot and easily fit 8W, but typically have to wear 8.5 in medium width shoes. After reading all of the reviews, I went with the 8 and they were plenty big without being clunky or loose. They feel warm enough to me with a lightweight or medium weight sock, I like light wool socks. **Q: Ordered an 11 women’s Hunter boot for wife’s bday. Disappointed to receive a sz 5. Will return, but skeptical to reorder! Can you guarantee?** A: I received the right size the first time.. I would send back and get the right size.
