Very best quality - I notice a big difference in how I feel
These are full of everything you might need (and more). In medicine thewy call these "broad spectrum micronutrients," and they help reduce depression and ADHD. They are not powerful as an anti-depressant, but they do help, and I have a lot more energy when I take them.
