I needed lucite chairs for my kitchen bar. I loved the overall look of the chairs and the simplicity to put them together. They hold any size bum and can hold the weight too. The only downside is that when you sit down(I'm not a big person) they compress and it catches people off guard. I would DEFINITELY buy them again because for the style, price, and easy assembly.

I had just had my kitchen overlooking the Chesapeake Bay remodeled and wanted to allow the beauty of of the new room and the bay to shine through, so I was excited when I found these stools. We now own six of these stools. At first we only ordered two because we wanted to make sure that we liked the style, that they were confortable and durable. After using them for several months (even after a visit from 5 grandkids)we were so impressed with stylish modern look and comfort that we ordered two more. Realizing that we often have more than 4 guests at our getaway house, this summer we bought another two! Some reviewers stated that the acrylic looked yellow, that was not our experience! All 6 chairs were bought through different vendors and all of them are crystal clear and have stayed that way. We are VERY pleased with these stools and get many compliments.

Once you start sitting on it...the seat starts to crack next to the 4 screws .... the crack look bad on the top of the stool. After 1.5 years the seat just broke into two....Dont buy ... not worth it. only looks are good but not worth it ... unless you want to buy this item again and again ... whenever it breaks

One chair came with defects which can be observed only after assembling the chair, so I ended up keeping them because you can not take them apart once they are assembled which makes them impossible to return. The defect was that the acrylic seat was not straight.

The acrylic has a beige/yellow tint to it. The quality is ok - I think you get what you pay for. Nothing fantastic, but not bad either.

I purchased two of these to go with a glass bistro table for my daughter's new apartment. The look great and so far are sturdy. The assembly was easy and fast. Great buy for the money.

Lucite is not comfy to sit on in my bathroom, but it doesn't take up visual space.

OK so these chairs are not the highest quality items - but at $75 each they're not super expensive (Check out Structube though - they were priced there for $10 less each but I was too lazy to send these back for $20 by the time I assembled them. The name of the stool is different but I examined it and it's literally an identical design.).As other reviewers have already noted, there are some mysterious black rubber pieces that seem to fit nowhere. I Googled this and one person claimed they go underneath the seat where the screws are. False. At least in this design iteration, the screws as provided just **barely** are long enough to connect. I think this may be a design issue - you have to work on that so much that it may result in a crack in the lucite if you're not careful.I've only had these stools a couple of weeks, but so far, they're fairly sturdy, and definitely look great in the space. I love them because they don't take up a lot of 'visual space'. They're surprisingly comfy. When you sit in them, they spring up a little and it's kind of fun. I love how you can easily adjust the height, and they swivel around 360 degrees. The shiny bases look great also.So, in sum, for the cheap price, these are winners. Because it's obvious the material isn't super top-notch, though, I'll update this review if I see any cracks, etc.

I love these chairs. However the instructions are not clear. There are black rubber washers but no where in the instructions does it say where they go during installation. I guessed where they went - and they only fit on 2/3 chairs i bought - the screws were not long enough for them. Otherwise the chairs are great so far

I am happy with my purchase. I never saw a weight limit but with some of the parts being plastic I'm just a little nervous about how long they might hold up. So far so good though!

Had to get replacements for 2 out of 4 chairs. Even the replacements had damage. The chairs come with 4 rubber graumets. There is nothing in the instructions that describes where they go. Not impressed. Would not buy again.
