Arrived within 12-13 days. Fits my 3Ds XL like a charm with some fiddling, you have to centre it properly. Smaller than expected so be careful as the XL is much bigger than the charger itself. Comes with USB charger which fit into my computer fine as well. Very worth it if you're looking for a cheap dock, but didn't fit my original 3Ds as the charger is on the side and not the centre. You may be able to get it to fit but be warned.

I wanted the original Nintendo dock but that has been sold out every time I look for it, so I thought I would try this. It took slightly longer to arrive than I expected, but it came within a few weeks and works fine straight out the box.I thought I would have to use my official 3DS charger with this, but it comes with a handy USB A to 3DS charging lead (you could use this with or without the dock I guess) which I am running off a USB port on my desk to keep the dock active whenever I need it. I'm sure how fast this method charges it, but it seems fine for my usage where the 3DS will sit back in the dock overnight or longer.The only minor complaint is unlike the official dock, where the New 3DS XL sits in a 4-sided slot so there is no margin for error, with this dock the 3DS sticks out both ends so I am being careful about getting the position correct when docking it. I knew this before buying it and I'm always careful with my consoles anyway, so I haven't had an issue with getting a solid connection to the charging pins at all.
