I supposed to be a good sugar substitute. Mink fruit is supposed to be good as well.

I agree. I use 2 packets to have the 2 tsp. sugar taste.

Because it has organic sugar mixed with the stevia. It clearly says that there is sugar in it on the box. It is an organic blend of both as opposed to most of their other products that have dextrose and stevia.
