星の王子さま- Le Petit Prince

This book is only A6 size. I've shown it here on an A5 book and next to another A6. The small size also means that the print is very very small. So if you have old eyes like mine it may cause a bit of eye strain. I am going to go with the Kindle edition now because I don't know if the other Japanese versions are the same. I haven't read it yet but I've been told it is a wonderful story. I am looking forward to it.

Cute little book! The colored pictures in the book just made it that much more magical. I bought the book to practice reading in Japanese, super easy to translate and a very good translation of the classic story that I love!

very good book … but the deliver bag is little dirty and broken

世界中の人の心に響く本。まさにそうだと再確認しました！今の時代にこそ、読み返す本だと思います。

この本と出会ったのは、子供の頃ですが、何度読み返してもいい本だと思います。私は心が疲れた時、寂しくなった時、失恋したときに読みます。主人公同様、私も星の王子様を探しますが、見つけられないまま。でも、この本を読むと出会える気がします。それに、自分が今までに出会った人たちに感謝したくなります。

世界観もメッセージも何もかも好き。何度も読んで、噛みしめたくなるような作品。もっと早く読んでおけばよかったと思ったけど、早くに読んでいたらこの本の意味や魅力は分からなかったかもなとも思う。大切なことを忘れてしまった大人が読むべきです。他の物と一緒のダンボールで届いたため、帯がボロボロになってしまっていたのが残念でした。

即物的な考えから心眼で物事を見ていきたいと感じた作品です。心が温まる情緒的な表現もあり、子供心を忘れてしまって現実の日々に疲れを感じている大人のみなさんにも読んでいただきたいです。
