This is exactly what I needed in my life. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on massages that were garbage. I wish I had this machine/contraption/massager years ago.The mechanisms itself is perfect.I can manipulate it as needed to fit whether I want it centered on my neck, trapezius muscles, or shoulders.The warmth it provides it provides is perfect; not too hot, not too cold.I plug it in and away we go- so easy to use.I’m not going to lie- I’ve probably used this for hours and hours and I’ve only had it two days.I can use it laying down or sitting upright in my work chair.It has provided immense relief of tight muscles.I hope this works for a long time. Will update after using for a longer period of time.So far - very good!!

I am in LOVE.Other massagers were too gentle and not hitting the spot. This one is quite intense and goes BACkWARDS as well.

I’ve been using this since May 5th and it’s already starting to not work very good; like the massager’s aren’t very tough. It massages your lower back and shoulders good but nothing touches your neck and this is one of the main reasons I bought this is for my neck. It’s ok but not fantastic.**EDIT**I am changing this review from 3 to 4 stars because the seller made this right and I appreciate that.

Works great. Just know it has to be plugged in to work but it has a long cord.

My headaches, neck and back are very happy that I purchased this! I have used this every days since I received and love it!
