Works well on my son's biracial hair

I like the way it holds and make waves. I use this product on my hair.

I'm a female with a low cut fade and this is as strong as Murray's and a lot easier to use than Murray's. I like it better than the 360 or the black container of the sporting waves. I wear a headset all day at work and the headset would have hairs sticking up, not this version. And I don't have to apply it everyday. Just brush at night and put on my durag.

I first got a can of Sportin' Waves at a hairdresser in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1996. I thought it was some fancy special pomade. I returned to the US in 1997 and was pleasantly surprised to find it widely available in drug stores.I do particularly like the light clean citrusy smell.I have tried different hair products over the years, and nothing works like Sportin' Waves. I like trying new things and letting go of old things. I finally found better moisturizer than Oil of Olay, and plus they've changed the formula over the years. I just tried some Cremo thickening paste. Doesn't not work for me.Just placed yet another order for a can of Sportin' Waves. This is going on 27 years.
