3 of these in series (6V) can light up a red LED to its brightest. You will need to be able to solder wires onto the panels for reliable connections. Taping wires to the copper pads may not be as reliable.

Needid new panel for garden ornament, the size and output is just right for charging an AA battery solar led ornament. Comes pree solderd, so heat up the solder and just add wires off you go.

These work well.
I have used uxcell solar cells for a variety of solar light repair projects for several years. I have never had a problem with any of them. They make a variety of sizes and I can usually find one to replace the unit in one of my wife's solar lights. I have learned over the years that the solar cell and the whole solar light surface will stay working and in much better condition if you use an automotive grade clear coat on them before you put the out in the weather. I have tried something like Varathane but that does not last like the automotive clear coat does.
