It came packaged in styrofoam and each individual piece was also in a bag. Yes, all of the figures in the stable are glued down, but this wasn't a problem for me. The pieces are nicely and colorfully painted, and the faces express the joy of the season. It is very small but fits perfectly on my mantle. I am very pleased and am really enjoying it. Can't wait for my grandkids to see it, but it is breakable, so be careful.

**Q: Is this Plastic or glass?**
A: We have this same nativity and my kids broke the head off of the cow within 1 week of purchase. They are usually really careful with their toys too, so I would hesitate to purchase this with the intent of letting children play with it. The resin is a breakable material.

**Q: Does this include the cretch?**
A: Yes, the creche is included but the Joseph, Mary, and Baby Jesus are attached inside and can't be removed. It is cute but I was hoping for a small nativity that little children could handle. I think it is fine I just wish the Holy family was not glued down.

**Q: Can Baby Jesus be picked up out of the manger?**
A: No

I am happy I bought this cute little nativity set, it really is just what I was looking for. It came packaged in styrofoam and each individual piece was also in a bag. Yes, all of the figures in the stable are glued down, but this wasn't a problem for me. The pieces are nicely and colorfully painted, and the faces express the joy of the season. It is very small but fits perfectly on my mantle. I am very pleased and am really enjoying it. Can't wait for my grandkids to see it, but it is breakable, so be careful.

Even though the pieces are very tiny, they are just what I needed for my little one to have her own nativity. If I had one thing negative it is I wished the all the pieces could be moved some are glued to the inside of the creche, she would of had fun moving the baby, Mary, Joseph and Angel too.
