It dethroned Taso Joy - which to be fair, is an entirely different flavor despite the name. But that one was my favorite for over a decade, so I thought it was worth the mention since it took that long to get kicked out of first place! I have had Gingerbread Joy in both the decaffeinated and full strength versions. Both are good. I recommend giving this one a good long steep; it's worth the wait. The smell is amazing. I have no idea how they quite literally accomplished having a liquid smell like a Christmas cookie, but they did. The taste is not overpowering either. So long, of course, as you like gingerbread. A LOT.
