Tasty, though expensive
After spending most of my childhood in New Mexico, its always a treat finding real Hatch Chile at local stores... but also very inconsistent! I can confirm that this is genuine Hatch Chile and the flavor is great.I get that I'm paying for convenience, but it does feel a bit overpriced.If you haven't tried this, its a good enough value proposition, and I think this is a better buy than the larger jars available. You can use a bit and not feel constrained to use the whole thing before it goes bad. Pro Tip: dump like a 3rd of a can into your next breakfast burrito, you won't regret it!

My NM Hatch green chili fix
The taste is great, but being from New Mexico and ordering it where I live now, it’s not the mild I was used to. It has a bit of a bite to it, but it’s fine.

Little pricey but good!
Very tasty, green chilies are not available at the stores locally so to Amazon it is. The price was a bit expensive for what you get but I understand I’m paying for convenience, if they had them in store I’d much rather do that. The product was very good and arrived in perfect condition, not very hot but flavorful perfect to mix into dishes to add some oomph without those who can’t take heat complaining ;)

Best Chiles ever
I love New Mexico Chiles. They have great flavor. I prefer the jar, but couldn't use them fast enough to not spoil in refrigerator so had to buy the cans. No matter. They are still great
