I packed the bag with 40 pounds of clothes that were vacuum sealed to be even sizes to make it as stable as possible and the bag could not hold the weight. The flimsy cardboard bottom caved and the wheels popped out of square and looked like wheels on a cartoon car. It is sized to be a checked bag, so it should easily be able to carry 40 pounds, but it could not. I REALLY wanted to be able to love this bag, because being able to collapse it to a "free" personal item on the way back was a HUGE selling point for me. Until I find a better alternative, a simple sea-bag is still going to be my tried and true go to bag for this purpose. It's getting returned the second I'm back at home

Just used them for a long trip and they are light weight and durable

Excited to receive the Verage luggage set that I bought. The two pieces are light weighted, sturdy with the large rear wheels, and easy to maneuver with the 360 degree upright rolling feature. I found the removable mesh bag to be handy for placing items during the traveling transition. Love the blue color that I ordered. Highly recommended.

I've used this for four round-the-world-trips and a number of international trips as well. Bear mind, I never check bags, so the suitcase has not been subjected to the wear and tear of being tossed in baggage holds. However, it has served me well, continues to look crisp and new, and holds a generous amount of clothing, sundries, and spare shoes in well-designed compartments.
