Es buena, pero no remplaza una aspiradora convencional si tienes mascotas.

I don't know if I got a dud or not but this thing works pretty good on vinyl and piled carpet but we have a textured rug which has no pile to speak of and it just gets confused and stops, saying the roller is stuck. but there's nothing for it to get stuck on so I think it's just the pattern in the rug that prevents it from vacuuming. it leaves bits of stuff around that are easily vacuumed up on a second pass. it pushes bits across the floor and out of its path and into a path that's already done. pretty silly to have a vacuum cleaner that you then have to go back and vacuum up after. follow up: eureka must have seen my review and offered to send me a new vacuum. but I can't see how it would work any differently from this one. I had stopped using the vacuum but tried it again. first I cleaned out all the compartments and the rollers to make sure it was perfectly clean and then I put it on high. it continued to get stuck in wide open spaces where it had maybe a single thing in its way that it could easily go around. I've included three photos of that. I also included a video of an area that it had cleaned twice and left lots of small light debris behind. I used my old vac and it cleaned it right up. this thing only gets maybe 70% of what's on the floor. I just spent an hour with all the times it stopped. this area takes 5-10 minutes with a vacuum cleaner. I turned eureka down on an offer of a free unit I just don't see this thing working any better than it is right now. money back yeah I'll take that but definitely don't want to waste my time on another eureka vacuum

I’m very happy with this Eureka robot vacuum. It has strong suction and picks up dust, pet hair, and small debris really well on both hardwood floors and low-pile carpets. The self-emptying base is a huge plus and saves me a lot of time since I don’t need to empty the dustbin every day. Navigation is smart and efficient, and it doesn’t randomly bump around like some cheaper models. It runs quietly and can clean while I’m at home or away without being disruptive. Setup was easy, and the app works smoothly for scheduling and control. Overall, this robot vacuum has made daily cleaning much easier. Great performance for the price — I would definitely recommend it!

I'll start by saying that over the past 10 years, I have had multiple robot vacuums (Samsung, Neato, etc.). Some were really good and others were pure junk. My brand of choice was Neato only because they had incredible suction, were "reasonably priced", and did a great job cleaning. Their app/features were "ok". They are no longer made so when my last one died I decided to try the Eureka E20 Plus. At first I was disappointed. It just couldn't suck up dirt. I mean...it was really bad. Upon inspection, day 1, I found the vacuum was clogged (short dog hair, some grass clippings carried in on my feet, and dirt - The typical stuff). I cleared the clog and set it loose again. After 2 more cleanings it clogged again. I think I figured out the issue. On the inlet to the dust bin is a little rubber "wing", I suspect it's function is to slow down and direct incoming particles as they enter the bin. It acts as more of a barrier and just the slightest debris actually gets caught on it and a "log jam" gets created. I removed it (pops right out) and now dirt doesn't get stuck as it enters the bin. My current evaluation of the Eureka 1. Vacuuming - good; (if it's not getting clogged); some debris does get missed if it's in a corner but that's not a surprise. 2. Navigation - good; though the skirt on the couch is enough to prevent the vacuum from going under it; It does seem to concentrate on various sections of a room more than other locations (all locations should get the same attention). 3. Mapping - good 4. Obsticles - great; it even climbs over the threshold to my kitchen (where other vacuums would get stuck) 5. Reliablity - Unsure ; my previous vacs would burn through a battery in a year's time; I'll have to update this review in a year to see if the vac is still preforming properly 6. Setup - Easy; Sync the app and you're in business - 5 / 10 minutes max I'm giving this 4 out of 5 because of the issues with clogging. Fingers crossed it remains a worthwhile investment. Cheers!

I preface this with, I have a Golden Retriever. The first two times I used the Eureka E20 Plus I set it on Full (whole house) cleaning. Both times the robot dust collector was clogged and would not empty into the charging station upon docking. I had to manually clean it out. And when I did, I was shocked at how packed it was with dog fur. The next couple of cleaning days I set the E20 on Room (single room) cleaning. After cleaning the master bedroom it docked and the dust collector emptied out completely. Each time, after cleaning the other bedrooms, my office, the hallway, the living room, family room, kitchen and dining rooms, the E20 returned to the docking station and the dust collector completely emptied. If you don't have furry friends living with you, Full house setting should work fine. The LiDar completely maps the house. I turned the unit on and it mapped out all of the upstairs rooms on it's own. If I set something down on the floor (since it mapped), it will gently touch into it. It is a cool feature to watch. As the E20 moves around the house, it slows to a crawl when it approaches the obstacle I set down, touches it gently, and navigates around it. The unit also senses when it reaches the stairs and stops itself. These things demonstrate the sensitivity of the E20's navigation/mapping system to prevent damaging itself. I was completely surprised at how much suction this robot has and how well it cleans the floors and rugs. It picks up every bit of dog fur and dust from both the hardwood and the rugs. Prior to getting the E20 I was having to sweep and vacuum three and four times a week. I work full time and since my wife passed on all of the chores are squarely on me. The E20 has taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders. I expected a thin plastic unit. But the E20 Plus is solid and sturdy, very well built. This unit is bigger and heavier than anticipated (a pleasant surprise for me). The unit stays powered up all through the full cleaning mode. If the battery drains down, it will automatically return to the docking/charging station (tested by running two Full cycles and about halfway through a third Full mode the E20 automatically returned to the docking/charging station). I hope the E20 stands up to time. I did research the other units but they all had bags. I don't want to have to buy replacement bags and trash used bags. I prefer to just press the button and let the unit empty itself into the trash can. I am so impressed with the E20 Plus that I bought a second unit for downstairs. Then I purchased another unit to be delivered to my daughter. (Rosie from the Jetsons)
