Basis Vitamin Enriched Cleansing Bar for Face & Body-4, oz. (Pack of 9) [Misc.]

I can't find this bar anywhere except Amazon. Used to be carried in our high-end pharmacy but they closed. We love this bar. I can't use the term soap because it doesn't have soap ingredients. My dermatologist checked it out and said we could use it. We're both over 60 and have old, crusty skin that is just paper thin and dry as the desert. We've used this for a number of years and have suggested it to the third granddaughter because she has my fair, sensitive skin that in winter dries terribly. Wish I had this when I was a kid! It lathers up quickly to a froth of lovely bubbles and cleans wonderfully. Lovely fragrance, very mild; my husband doesn't like any fragranced products but loves this! Leaves skin soft and smooth without that tight, drawn feeling soaps leave. Rinses instantly. If you have dry skin, try this. If you don't have dry skin, you're going to love this. There is a sensitive skin bar that's white and another bar that I can't remember. Try it, you'll love it!

This soap works for our family. It may not work for you. Not pungent nor does it dry out our skin. YMMV

Great soap

I have used Basis soap since my 30’s. I am 69 years old and I have great skin. I have started my granddaughters ages 16 and 12 using it. It is wonderful keeping sin clean,moist and young looking. Every once in a while I would try a new product but I always go back to Basis Soap. I prefer the clear bar.

This is a good product. I have used this for years and find it leaves a good feel on my skin after a shower.

Does not dry out your skin at all. Keeps moisture in my skin.
