The built-in speaker is another great feature. It allows you to listen to recordings immediately without needing earphones, which is very convenient for quick playback and review. Cheap But Works
This isn't really a perfect product, but for the price it's OK. It does have a large memory capacity but only records in WAV format, so the files are quite large. The microphone also isn't the best; it clips slightly when the unit is held close and the sensitivity isn't the best. It also has no level indication or clipping warnings so you won't know how things sound until you play them back on your computer. The good parts are the USB-C charge/download capability, the simplicity of the operation, and the heavy zinc alloy case. The screen is low-res and there aren't many options. If you want a more fully featured recorder, you should look elsewhere. For the price, I can keep this but wouldn't really recommend it as better than the recorder app on your cell phone.

Does not voice activate
This does NOT voice activate . It only locks when you turn to off then on . In order to record you have to slide it to record but it does not voice activate. It has a function to set as voice record but it is not working. It works otherwise but not voice activate . It just starts recoding and I need it to only record when voice activates it. Bummed

Too much rustling noise
Recording quality is good; however, subject to a LOT of handling noise. Cannot hide this in a pocket. Only workable scenario is sitting on a table.
