I was excited about getting these. I have had them saved in my Amazon cart for a while waiting to see if they go on sale. They did and I purchased them. I bought 2 king size. When they arrived I gave them a full day to fluff up. They Did Not fluff very much. Almost no stuffing inside. Zero support for your head. They claim to be overstuffed and that you might need to take stuffing out. THERE IS HARDLY ANYTHING INSIDE IT. FLAT, NOT SUPPORTIVE. VERY FLAT!!! I threw the box away so I'm stuck with basically 2 empty pillow cases. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. These were expensive and it was false advertising. Not by Amazon but by pillow company.

Love that I could adjust the filling. It took a few weeks to get it just right and for the filling to settle in, but then it’s great. Comes with a bag to hold the extra filling (it came with plenty!). I did find after 6-8 months I needed to add a little more. I really like that I can squish the filling around like a feather pillow. The texture of the covering seems odd at first, but you get used to it quick. One of the best pillows I’ve owned

They are very large pillows. I bought them because I thought they would cool me but they feel to me (coolness) like a regular pillow. What helped was a different pillow case I put on them. I will say there was a hole in the original pillow cases and the customer service was easy and professional to get new covers. So 5 stars for customer service.

Great quality, easy to maintain. We've had them for a while, but I'm really picky with my pillows. I'm still not 100% loving this pillow. The price is high. Granted, you can remove some of the filling to get your desired comfort, but once you find your comfort spot, the pillow is still kinda firm. I like soft pillows. You have to experience it for yourself. It's definitely not like any other pillows I've ever had.

I tend to sleep on my stomach or side, and try to sleep on my back for my neck’s sake. But no matter how I sleep with these pillows, my neck feels great in the morning! I like that I can manipulate the foam to support my neck no matter how I’m sleeping and I think it stays supportive through the night. Definitely recommend.
