10" Frying Pan with Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany (100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO Free) (10 Inches)

I've had this for about 6 months now. I haven't found a pan that stays non-stick after using it for more than a month actually, and I never do reviews. I saw people complaining about this pan, and they must be using it on excessive heat. I cook eggs every morning with this. Sometimes heat up steak. I use non-stick spray without any issues even though they say not to. There is very little egg residue in the pan after use, and I honestly just use a paper towel and everything comes out. Our cleaning lady puts it in the dishwasher every once in awhile, and there still is no issues with the pan. I am extremely happy with it for what I use it for.

While this pan arrives disassembled, it comes in its own box (which is inside the Amazon shipping box) and the finishes are flawless! I've ordered a different brand pan that was already assembled and it didn't ship so well directly in an Amazon shipping box.Four stars due to unclear assembly instructions, specifically the instructions do not distinguish between the flat washer and the lock washer (see photo of the assembly diagram, the instructions identity the washers as "Washer A" and "Washer B").... I believe "Washer B" (item #4) is the lock washer. Using a phillips screwdriver, attach the handle and tighten - the handle is snug for me without wiggles.I've used ceramic pans for years, ceramic requires different use and care than teflon... they can be wonderful pans, but if the finish on a pan gets ruined quickly, it's probably a user ;)

If I could, I would give 0 star to this products. First week it was fine and I was very satisfied with my purchase. However, after a week I noticed that a small piece of the white ceramic material was damaged. In addition, I used only silicon spoons to stir food in that awfull pan. Consequantely, the reason of the damage is not a spoon. The only explanation that I have is that this pan is made of the cheapest materials. Don’t buy it, save your money. New update .......... The company contacted with me immediately and solve the problem on the professional level. I am very happy and satisfied.

I cooked eggs on it everyday using a very low heat, butter, and a rubber spatula. I would clean it once it cooled down with a papertowel. Even following all the instructions to the letter, parts have begun flaking off and it’s then losing it’s nonstick.Buyer beware.

*Edit*~Originally I really liked this pan. However, we have used it 4 times under a medium/low setting and this 4th time I noticed a small tear in the coating. It resembles the shape of a quinoa seed when cooked; and is like the coating raised a little, slightly shifted and then re-adhered to the pan. It’s weird and now I don’t feel that we should use this pan any longer. This really sucks. I felt it was worth the chance; but I no longer feel that way. We will be saving up and investing in some cast iron pans.~We thought about returning it due to its being crafted in China, but we are so glad we didn’t. It’s great. Plus, if it truly is safe and holds it promise of being nontoxic- it’s like a dream come true to cook ware. It helps to cook with s little butter; I would not choose olive oil. If anything perhaps a coconut oil or other high heat oil. It feels like Butter would be the best. Or lard. {or some other high heat oil again- for vegan/vegetarians}

Item comes disassembled. Couldn’t figure out how to attach the handle. Bottom does have a metal disk but haven't been able to assemble so haven't used it.Don’t buy!

Many an egg with a small amount of oil, per direction. No stick and extremely easy to clean. Bottom thick enough that there has been no warping after over a year of continuous use. Going to purchase larger version for the bacon next. Would recommend to any aspiring chefs or, like me, people that just like omelets that do not stick to your pan without use of a quarter stick of butter.

This is my second pan by this manufacturer. The first one has been used at least once a day, usually twice a day, for the last two years. All other pans have been discarded in favor of this one. The idea that I might eventually burn up the first sent me right back to Amazon for the second one. It cooks evenly, and it's a dream to clean. Love it!
