Secondly the probe provided gets hot at 50ohms and burns your sphincter. I used a water based lube made by durex as the instructions said not to use a silicon based. It took around a minute for the probe to be hot and uncomfortable, but turning it down to a more comfortable level (40) didn’t create a kegal workout.
