Does the relay inside have normally closed contacts that could be accessed? If not will you ever make a module with both NO and NC connections?

The Yolink Relay's (internal) contacts are normally open. The only access to these contacts is via the 2 (screw) terminals that are labeled 'RELAY'. The relay is programmable via the Yolink App. There are almost unlimited programming options available including Scheduling and automation.

Is there any issue to use such devices out of USA? like app country restriction?
