Great product
Great product! I used many different supplements and vitamins from Pure encapsulation and they never disappoint. Capsules are big but easy to swallow, have no taste or smell. Magnesium helps me unwind and relax for night time.

My physical work and exercise will never cause me leg cramps while sleeping if I just take 3-pills per day. I love that. I also use a Ancient Minerals MAG spray directly on my skin if needed for faster direct relief.

They are good, but one of the capsules was broken inside and so it coated all the other pills so they were very chalky in taste when I tried to consume them
