Love this scent! Nice farmhouse effect look to container however I do prefer to watch the flames through glass best. Despite that this candle holds one of my top scents.

My mother and I bought this as a gift for my father. He loves bayberry candles and the scent always brings back happy memories. I am cautious about buying anything for its scent on-line but was encouraged by the company story and the fact that it is made in the USA. So glad I took a chance. As soon as I opened the very well packaged candle, I was thrilled to smell the bayberry of my childhood. We paid $18, which is the most I can ever recall paying for a candle. However, it is a relatively large candle, double wick, and arrived with no damage. Also, the jar is so darling. Love it.

The hopes that the scent is like the Christmas specialty shops you love to visit that time of year isn’t what you get. It’s waxy and very faint cinnamon maybe. The jar isn’t a ceramic jar with a gorgeous picture. It’s a faded print of a picture lol 😂 I bought two and was hoping these could be a continual purchase and something I would shop for family. Doesn’t hit the mark.Update: the second one arrived today. It’s the home sweet home with the rooster on it. The picture quality is much better and it smells amazing!So now I’m conflicted. Maybe they are not consistent in their products. I would rate the first one a two and the second a five. Im really pleased with the second one. It was wrapped nicely too. First was not. The second one smells just as expected and beautifully drifts through the homeConfusing.Update 12.2.2022. So I did go ahead and purchase these as Christmas gifts and they all were beautiful. I think the first one was just a fluke. I have now purchased about 7 of them.

I’d like to begin by saying I prefer not to write bad reviews HOWEVER this item was not only purchased BUT a REPLACEMENT was sent appearing nothing like photos provided by seller. Exterior background of Sellers candle is a pretty yellow whereas both my initial & replacement candles were very orange giving the appearance that all the colors seem to blend in. This particular item was ordered as a gift for my mum as her kitchen is decked out w/roosters, sadly she didn’t receive as I returned initial item & donated replacement.Before I describe pro’s/con’s plz see photos:1st photo is item REFLECTED BY SELLER2nd photo is item RECEIVED3rd item is my REPLACEMENT itemPRO’s• Fast Shipping/Packaged very well initially & for replacement item.CON’s•TBH based on same color (what are the odds???), believe seller repackaged my initial item & sent back as replacement. Upon my inquiry w/Amazon’s consistently wonderful customer service did I find scent to be “Cookie’s & Cream”• Exterior Canister ~ Sturdy BUT piece iw/which to hold/carry is extremely flimsy & loose on both endsHappy customer I am not given I had to scramble for a birthday gift when one was initially ordered in a timely fashion. Not the end of the world but my mum would’ve REALLY liked this rooster in her kitchen. Oh well, sometimes roosters just aren’t meant to be…..

I absolutely love these candles!!!! I really love the cranberry orange scent, makes the house smell amazing. They are pretty fragrant. They burn perfectly, just trim the wick when re-lighting. I general burn 2 at a time and it makes my whole first floor smell so good. I have tried several other scents and they all smell great , just my go to is the cranberry orange though. Highly recommend this brand of candle

I totally love the jar this candle comes in. Great quality. However, the scent of the candle is very light and has a hint of a soap smell to it. Still ok to burn. I just thought it would have a better smell to it!
