Low sodium alternative to other brands
If you're looking for traditional olives soaked in brine, this ain't it. Olives have plenty of health benefits, such as anti-inflammitory and healthy fat than can aid in blood pressure and heart disease. But most come packed in brine, that defeats the healthy aspects of olives. I bought these based on sodium content, since I have high blood pressure and other factors. Don't expect the salty taste of salad olives. So, this is what olives really taste like. My one negative: could be more in the can. But the price is right. These are also a bit larger than average salad olives. Bon appetite!

Thes Olives have a Nutty truly wonderful taste!
Awesome olives! Back in the 70s my family had 2 pay $5.49/can these days u can get these olives under $4/can these days. The original ones were sourced out by Hadden House. The way they brine these olives they taste like Hickory Nuts! They have a soft, almost luxurious feel 2 ur tongue! Once in a blue moon there might b a pit! But pretty much anything that's machine pitted can still have a pit now and then! But go out and get these olives and give them a try! U can find these 365 Olives at Whole Foods stores! Enjoy!!

Worst taste ever
Opened them up as soon as they were delivered. It was the worst tasting olives I've ever had in my life! And I've tried many different kinds of olives. I literally spit it right back out and just threw the rest of the can down the disposal. I do not recommend these.

Ok for cooking with
Quite a of flavor is lost in the canning process. The olives are also on a softer rather than a firmer texture. But they are fine for cooking even with the milder flavor.

best olives money can buy
I am such a fan of this product and have purchased them for YEARS. I have recommended this to so many friends and they're always surprised when I say I can eat a whole can on my own. But YES I can and I will. They are so delicious I can't even imagine Italy or Greece having better olives. Got all the friends and family hooked. Just wish they lasted longer so we could savor them. Also the price keeps going up and up... A whole dollar more than 3 years ago but trust me they are absolutely still worth it.

Not What I Expected from Whole Foods
Quality is not what I expected; these are 2nd Quality olives, some have spots. Tasty enough and not overly salty despite swimming in brine. Pitted, a bonus.
