These worked better than any of the other pain patches out there, believe me I've tried them all! My only comment of caution is that when you first put them on they get super hot, but if you let them do their thing they work amazingly well. Also they have a strong outdoor of menthol/ eucalyptus.

Works great on my lower back

I peeled off the clear plastic to reveal the sticky part of the pad, and a section stuck to itself, and I could not get it unstuck, it was like duck tape, it was so strong. So I started with a second patch, which I was more careful with removing the protective clear plastic. I was able to keep the whole patch, ready to put on my back. I was a little nervous about putting on my back because it was so sticky, but I did, and I’ll say it was not as powerful a pain relief as the previous herbal patch I was using. The relief was fine for about an hour or two, and then within three hours it wasn’t working as well as I was hoping. The previous patch lasted 6 to 10 hours if I remember. When I remove the patch, the glue is still very strong and was fairly painful to remove.Amendment: I put the sticky side on my pants first the take some of the sticky ness out of it. That helps peeling off the patch.

I have chronic pack pain and m acupuncturist turned me on to these!! They work SO well and help distract me from the painand they are incredibly sticky and stay exactly where you put them no matter what your movement is! I would say they don’t take away the pain but they are great for coping with the pain and the only thing that has ever worked!
