1 Step is great, I've used it for decades for brewing. I bought a bulk pack to make a 50 gallon batch of mead. It's also great to clean your bottles, put them in the dish washer and put some 1 step in there and they come out sterile. The seller shipped promptly and the package arrived in perfect shape.

My local brew shop closed and I decided to switch from starsan to a different sterilizer. I brew mead and this worked in sterilizing my most recent batch materials. Its been brewing for 5 months and there are no signs of contamination so the product works.
