I bought this PTZ security camera to cover a large parking lot at night, and I wasn’t expecting perfection — but this thing surprised me in all the right ways. The full‑color night vision is the standout feature. I’m able to clearly see license plates and faces at around 350 feet, and that’s without IR. Just the existing security lighting. The clarity is so good that the screenshots I took look exactly like the live feed — no filters, no tricks. The preset positions are fast and dead‑accurate. I set up Left, Center, and Right, and the camera snaps to each one instantly. The autofocus works well too. The only time it struggled was when I tried to zoom through a tree (that one’s on me). Once I learned how to avoid that, the camera stayed sharp and consistent. I’m using the CamHiPro mobile app and AgentDVR on PC, and both work perfectly. I’m still learning the HiP2P client, but the camera itself has been rock‑solid from day one. I also want to mention the seller’s support team. They were fast, friendly, and actually helpful. When my first unit had an issue, the replacement arrived the very next day, and the new one has been flawless. Their follow‑up emails were detailed and genuinely appreciated. I’ve included several screenshots showing nighttime clarity, zoom performance, and long‑distance detail. What you see in those images is exactly what I see live. If you need a camera that can see far, stay clear, move fast, and actually perform at night, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal camera! This camera has the best image clarity of any security camera I’ve ever used. Installation was incredibly easy, setup took very little time, and the app has worked flawlessly. What impressed me most is the picture quality. We are avid bird watchers, and this camera lets us see birds in incredible high definition, not only around our patio but even in trees well over 100 feet away. I zoomed in on a palm tree about 150 feet from our apartment and could actually see individual cracks and details in the bark. The level of clarity at that distance is remarkable. The camera also feels very solid and durable, and everything about it has exceeded my expectations so far. I honestly can’t rate this camera highly enough. If you’re looking for excellent image quality, an easy setup, a reliable app, and impressive long-distance detail, I highly recommend it. We removed our old Ring camera. Ring is just not even close to the same quality. If you’re considering one, get it. You will not be disappointed.

Minus 1 star for the install. They give you phyllips head screws and you can't install it with a screw driver because the camera is in the way of the mount. So you have to disconnect the camera head from the mount, partially screw in the screws (which I used hex head screws so I could tighten them with a wrench), and then hold the camera with one hand while feeding the cables into the mount and out the back pulling them through the side and then reattach the camera to the mount. Minus 1 star for the CamHiPro app. It's very difficult to work the pan/tilt either using the controls or sliding finger on the screen as the camera moves too quick and overshoots what you are trying to see in the videos. Tracking objects the camera moves wildly trying to focus on what it's seeing. Finding what you want to view is klunky too as far as picking videos to watch. Also there is a feature to enter a code, hit SET and then CALL to change certain things. This is 50 year old technology and could be done with the app if they worked on it. The zoom of videos isn't 50x either but no idea what it is as it's not documented that I've found. Alarms are limited. Other apps do better. The manual is sparse on information and having to look at online vs printed information is frustrating. I had to dig for answers. The good: I got this one because it seemed it would have better clarity video which it does vs a Eufy or a Reolink that I already have and neither can read a license plate at 30 yards. Once I can pause the video in the app and get to the point where I can try to read a license plate it works. With today's technology there should be no reason to have blurry video, bad tracking, etc. so maybe my next camera will be better. I almost gave it 2 stars.

Replaced a SANNCE 5MP Outdoor IP Security Camera, PTZ WiFi Outdoor Camera, 20X - 2 of which have failed over the past 3 years due to environment (sunlight) with this heavy duty camera which has better (faster and further) zoom, higher resolution, and more robust (metal) construction which should hopefully withstand the SoCal sun. Worked out of the box - provisioned over WiFi, other than some blurring at the image edges and occasional pauses in the PTZ control, seems to be working well. Night vision appears very clear. Auto-detected by Blue Isis as a Generic/ONVIF camera (*RTSP H.264/H.265/MJPG/MPEG4) with main and secondary (sub) streams. Pan/Tilt diagonal control in Blue Iris doesn't work (just tilts when attempting diagonals).

Just got it working today, seems fine so far. Currently inside for testing as I mounted it on an old Dish satellite bracket that in time and better weather will be mounted on still there roof pole. I almost don't want to put it out in the weather thinking about putting a hard hat on it, or designing roof over it.

zoom is kickass the rest of it isn't working - like, do you even test these things?
