Leak-proof, airtight, microwave/dishwasher safe. Review: Very pleased - Expensive but you get what you pay for. Fed up with different sized containers that took up too much room, lost their lids and kept falling out of the cupboard, I ditched them all and replaced with these. I am so glad I did, the lids clip together and the containers nest taking up hardly any room. I’m very pleased. Review: Best containers yet - My wife and I were fed up with trying to match lids with bowls from our extensive collection of odd-sized containers, built up over many years; we do not have enough space to store each container with its lid on. For many years, Tupperware Oyster pots have been our favourites for avoiding this problem, since the lids are not detachable and, when open, the containers can stack one inside the other. But they don't seal, so they are not good for foods with liquids that are going to be moved around (eg on a picnic). These may be expensive, but they answer all these problems. They seal properly, the lids and bowls can easily be married up because of the colour-coding, and they are stackable. In fact, if you buy more than one set (we've bought three sets) containers of the same size fit inside each other because the sides of the containers are very slightly chamfered (although it's so slight you don't notice it unless you look closely). Also, the lids can be clipped together to stop them sliding around, although it obviously takes longer to extract the one you want from the pile as you have to pull them all out in order to separate them. Also, because of the clips, the lids cannot easily separate from the bowls accidentally. Another bonus: like Oyster pots, the internal corners are rounded, so there is no corner for food to become trapped in, so washing-up is easier. They are robust, and don't seem to soften in the microwave, like some cheaper plastics. Like another reveiwer, I would not advise micro-waving strong coloured food in them; I did and it did slightly discolour the plastic. No doubt, the more I do it the worse it will get. My wife will ensure that I don't! ## Features - Space-saving, nesting design - Easy-find, snap-together lids and colour-coded bases - Airtight, leak-proof and stackable lids - Freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe (top rack only) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07FM7W3RK | | Best Sellers Rank | 6,635 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 57 in Container Sets | | Brand | Joseph Joseph | | Capacity | 300 ml | | Closure Type | Snap | | Colour | Multicolour | | Container Shape | Rectangular | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 5,579 Reviews | | Food Storage Container Airtightness | Airtight | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05028420810813 | | Included Components | 1 x 230ml (8 fl. oz), 1 x 540ml (18 fl. oz), 1 x 1.1L (37 fl. oz), 1 x 1.85L (63 fl. oz), 1 x 3L (101 fl. oz) storage containers with lids | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Is the item microwaveable? | Yes | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 24.5L x 20W x 16.3H centimetres | | Item Form | Box | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Type Name | Food Storage | | Item Volume | 300 Millilitres | | Item Weight | 0.91 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Joseph Joseph | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 1 year. | | Material | Plastic, Silicone | | Material Features | Für den Gefrierschrank geeignet, Mikrowellengeeignet, Spülmaschinenfest | | Material Type Free | bpa | | Material feature | Für den Gefrierschrank geeignet, Mikrowellengeeignet, Spülmaschinenfest | | Other Special Features of the Product | Air Tight, Leak Resistant, Portable, Space saving, Sturdy | | Product Care Instructions | Lids and containers dishwasher safe (top rack only). Are the remaining containers still lockable and stackable?** A: Stackable with and without their lids on but with the lids on they will take up more space **Q: Anyone tried using the bottom shelf on a dishwasher? Do they warp or?? I know I will never remember to use top shelf all the time.** A: Mine did warp and can't put the lids on comfortably any more. I'd advise to handwash. **Q: Are they actually leak proof? I've had leak proof ones before that still leak slightly into my bag and it's the worst.** A: I’ve had no leaks from my pots! **Q: When these are stacked, how high are they?** A: I have the middle box in the freezer but have stacked the other 2 for you so I can measure them. 12cms for the 2 boxes allowing I guess another cm for the 3rd box. PS they are the best Tupperwares I’ve bought. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleased *by A***R on 26 July 2026* Expensive but you get what you pay for.
