Did not reduce temperature all that much.
I installed these heatsinks on a pair of Raspberry Pi model 1 B+ - the original model. They fit well and were easy to install. The adhesive sticks well. These two computers run as bare boards. They are not installed in a case of any kind, so clearances are not an issue.They did not reduce the operating temperature very much at all. One of the computers was running at 48C and now runs at 45C. The other was running at 46C and now runs at 42 or 43C. That is not much reduction. The heat sinks are barely warm, which makes me think perhaps lm_sensors is not measuring the temperature of the two big chips.In any event, although they may not be very effective, they do no harm.

Worked nicely for driver transistors
I used these on Amplifier driver transistors which get warm with use. Keeps them cooler without having to fit in a pc board mounted heatsink.

Works on many different ICs
I used these to cool the main controller inside a wireless extender which was crashing due to overheating. After I installed one on top of IC and a flat one on the other side of the PCB, problem was solved
