If you like good vs evil and good wins as expected you will enjoy this older movie. I watched it again this last week for probably the 10th time. It’s entertaining and a little scary but it’s like a cult classic. I’ll watch it again I’m sure. I’m 70 years old and I love si fi. Cast is great.

Good movie. The 4k is great. Arrived when promised.

Amazing

The reality here is that the film makers are trying to tell everyone that will listen, religion is the cause of all our problems not the solution. When people understand this basic fact of life, then we will absolutely all be better for it.The premise is that mankind has failed the all mighty, but his chief LT in all of heaven says f that there is no way I believe that. He clips his wings comes to Earth and wants to protect the one that is supposed to save us again. Hey look Jesus just got born in a cheesy gas station/diner in the middle if freaking no where. Wait wut? How was he not born in a manger.........There is one dude that will protect the mother and child and that is a random dude that has always loved the woman. And his name is Jeep, wrap around that one a bit. Jeep is a good kid loves the mother wants to help her raise her child and is generally good peeps. In the end it is Michael that helps Jeep escape Gabriel since he was in the right all along and humans should have the right to choose their fate.The bible apparently tells people that the end is near and that there is no way around that fate accept it when it comes. I say that is bs, no matter how fall we fall we need to learn that there are no real set rules as to how we live our lives. The people in Asia, Europe and the middle east are just as much us as we are. It's when we start these useless fights over the crap that we made up (and all religious text is made up kids learn to live with that) it's when we fail.Black, white, asian, russian, anglo-saxon and whatever other classification that there is out there, the only freaking truth that there is is that this is our planet as a whole. In some way we need to figure out sometime soon that it is really the only home that we have and that in order for it to survive we need to drop all of our ald superstitions (religions) and learn that we all are basically the same.The two survivors are no ones from the middle of nowhere and the whole wrath of God is fake and wrong (probably wrongly interpreted as well) Take that you I only believe what is in my holy text and that stuff has been reinterpreted 30 times at least over the years but we believe everything in it.Stop sending in suicide bombers in for their virgins and stop trying to subvert a while race and segment of people into your religion just because you feel you have the right to a nothing piece of land in the other piece of nowhere that no one cares about and maybe we may be one step closer to figuring out that the nuts on either side are bending you over small little work stations at a time for their own personal gratification.

I love watching movies, and I've probably have seen this movie like 20 different times and will sit down and watch the whole movie everytime. Before owning it , It's a very good movie.

Good Movie.

Well. If you leave out the religious aspect, it’s a fairly decent action flick with limited horror elements. It kept me (more or less) enthralled throughout. There is something fabulous about less than perfect films and their sad slow struggle to make a cogent point. In this case, God is repossessing the Earth and we’ve been evicted. There was no warning, just a final notice.

Je connaissais déjà le film mais c'est mieux de l'avoir en dvd chez soi pour les amateurs de film d'horreur ou d'exotisme je conseille vivement par contre juste un bémol moi je mettrai interdit au moins 16 ans merci. Bonne journée

So the story - one of gods angles decides he wont do what god asks (wipe out mankind) and comes to earth to save a girl who is due to give birth so god can see the error of his ways- isn't up to much but what it lacks in that it more than makes up for with special effects, good actors/acting and Paul betteny. I love this film, and every time I watch it I pick up something I missed before. It a must see for all comic book lovers/scifi/Paul betteny fans. Enjoy

A surreal action fantasy. Go for it.
