Has been working very good on my basement sink.
Fairly straightforward to install and has been working well. I have it on my basement sink.

Electronics inside not waterproof
The electronic part is not epoxy i gel encased. If for any reason like power outages the system failed to drain then the electronics get ruined . No support for such. A dangerous flaw

Newer model
Nice unit. Different from older unit as it no longer has a vent port so the instructions were a bit confusing. This is the 4th unit I have had. The first 2 were a different brand and only lasted a few months. This brand lasted a couple years. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Failed within 5 months
Worked great for about 5 months running mostly clear water. Now the unit intermittently just turns on and wont shut off regardless of float position. Not much literature available for troubleshooting

Dont Purchase This Pump
The pump was used for a basement laundry setup and stopped functioning after only 4 months of use. Waste of money and highly unreliable. VEVOR customer service is essentially nonexistent when trying to get trouble shooting support.

Customer service is terrible takes several days to get back but not a bad product

pipe size matters!!!
pump worked great for a solid 3 months. make sure you use 1¼ PVC pipe for best flow. if you use 1inch PVC pipe the tank doesn't fully empty an clogs needing to be removed /cleaned out monthly. also burned out the pressure switch

Did not last long
I can not recommend this product the one I was sent worked great for about a month before it quit working. Customer service did send another unit which worked for a few more months before burning up so two units didn’t even make it a year. I would recommend trying a different manufacturer maybe but I have had no luck with this pump
