Disappointing for the price we paid!
Received today via UPS. The box was wet. The ice pkg inside melted. We opened to inspect the condition of chocolate, it has a white "dust" on it. This occurs when chocolate gets too warm, causing the cocoa butter to melt, separate, and rise to the surface where it hardens into a gray-white dusty layer. It can also happen if the chocolate was not tempered properly during manufacturing. While it maybe safe to eat, it is not soft and creamy. It is instead grainy, crumbly, rather chalky. Lindt is a quality chocolate, and for the price we paid we expected better then dried chalky and grainy. We've ordered this product several times before and never had this issue before.

Great Chocolate if it isn't melted on delivery...
My wife loves these, so I try and buy the larger quantity when they are on sale. Shipping can be a problem in the summer even when they send it in a refrigerated package. The last batch I ordered was completely melted by the time UPS delivered it.

Chocolate melted when arrived.
I love Lindt chocolates. Was looking forward to enjoy. The item came all melted. And there's no way to replace the items. Amazon, please contact me with a solution.
