I have to say, when looking to buy a surge protector, they're pretty much all the same. I ordered this one for a few reasons. First, I needed one that was 2-pronged because we purchased a home that hasn't been redecorated/remodeled since the 80s and all of our outlets are still 2-pronged. They're harder to find than you'd think. Also, I really liked the added 4 USB ports. They all worked as described, no issues whatsoever. I also was excited to see that the cord is 6.6ft long! THAT alone is a HUGE bonus! It made it so much more versatile than any other ones I own. The quality is equal to any others I've used. I also had interaction with their customer service and I found them to be courteous, fair, and they always answered my emails promptly. I would suggest this power strip to anybody, heck, I think I may even buy a few more for myself!

Bought this for my mom who is in a rehab facility following heart surgery. She needed an extension cord to charge her phone and to power her magnifying lamp because the outlets in her room are too far away for the charger and lamp cords to reach. Not only did this heavy duty cord meet her needs, it gave her extra outlets for other things like an electric blanket. She was super happy to receive it!

I’ve been using this product for a few months now and it’s definitely worth the purchase! I work from home full time now, and needed a second power strip for my new equipment. Honestly, I will be purchasing another for my bedroom as well because the USB feature on this power strip is ridiculously useful. If you’re at all like me- a mom of teens, I frequently find my charger bases conveniently “missing” quite frequently. I love the fact that charger bases are no longer taking up valuable outlet space, especially in my home office where there are three monitors, a laptop, a desktop, a printer, and a desk phone plugged in. The only drawback I will say is that I wish it had 4-5 plugs available instead of just 3. As far as durability goes, I haven’t had any issues. It has survived 2 kittens, 2 dogs, teens, and a move without showing any wear or discoloration. Very impressed overall with this product!

I got this for my mom's apartment to address her mega daisy chaining situation. The apartment is old and only has grounded outlets in the kitchen and bathroom. I like the length as the outlets in her room are not placed where we need them and I feel uncomfortable chaining a powerstrip to an extension cord (even though we basically did this for 20 years as I was growing up). Overall I would say this strip is ok. I like that it's a surge protector (though no real way to test how well it does with that). However it does feel flimsy and not nearly as heavy duty as other surge protectors I have. Majority of her cords only require 2 prongs and fit fine, however I tried to plug one 3-prong thing in and I had a hard time getting it to fit in all except one of the ports. So the ports overall feel rather cheap. I have not tried the USB ports. Also I ordered both the 6 feet and 9 feet version and the 6 feet version came with no branding. This leads me to believe that this is just a chinese cheapie that probably is sold under multiple brandings. Not exactly a terrible thing, but something to keep in mind. I will probably return the 6 feet version. If I can find better, I may return the 9 feet one as well. This is just a temporary solution until I've help her clear enough stuff in the apartment to request the landlord to upgrade the outlets.

I purchased this surge protector in 2022 and it still works til this day. I am ordering another one because my son needs one for his room. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend.

Works the way it should! No issues. You can charge your cell phone without having a block, and can charge/use multiple devices at once. I've noticed how helpful it was when styling my hair and having a couple items plugged in, or for when working from home and charging a laptop/phone/apple watch all at once!

With all the electronics that come with USB chargers these days, this power strip is a great idea. It has four USB ports, along with three regular plug ins that are spaced wider apart than most power strips, another big plus. I like that it has a power cord that is over six feet long so it's easy to find a place to plug it in, and I love that it comes with overload protection. It's nice to be able to charge both of our cell phones and both of our earbuds at the same time without having to find four different plugs and the space to plug them in to a power outlet, especially since we can still charge three other items that do have a plug! This is a great use of space.

I didn't realize I would need such a device until I moved in with a roommate that owned a house with 2-prong outlets. Obviously, the best method is to professionally upgrade your home to properly grounded 3-prong outlets. However, that's not the cheapest option. Another would be to replace some of those 2-prong outlets with 3-prong GFCI outlets. You won't get true grounding, but still some surge and short-circuit protection. Though, you may not be entirely comfortable doing this by yourself as you're dealing with electricity despite taking the necessary precautions and if you're not the most handy person. With this surge protector, you will get some basic surge protection, but you won't get proper grounding since you're bypassing the grounding function provided by the third prong in a properly grounded home. Just keep this all in mind when using this particular kind of surge protector. That said, this will help get around worrying about 3-prong devices in a 2-prong outlet household in the meantime.
