Kiku (KU-2021)

Love this fixed blade knife. Havemnt really been a SOG knife blade fan in that past. But this knife really caught my eye and when it got here, I was very please with the whole of the knife. I did remove the tank at the heal for it seemed out of balance in the hand with it. Steel it of good quality and again, a great looking blade for sure.

I have been a SOG knife user for a few years, and love the Kiku series knives. This is my 3rd Kiku knife. The Micarta grips are really comfortable and allow you to have a good non-slip grip wet or dry. The Micarta is now my material of choice for knife. What can you say about the blade. VG10 steel and a Kiku grind. Perfect.This knife is by far the best feeling knife I've ever put in my hand.

Love the blade! Great profile, grips and holds well on my hand. Only downside is the blade got a bit scratched on the first sheath/draw. There’s a bunch of debri inside the sheath or it could be that the blade is cutting bits of the kydex. Read that the plastic tip included makes the knife fit more snug, it also probably spread the sheath a bit more to prevent the scratches. Too late for me now though, I know it’s a knife and will eventually get scratched, but on the first draw c’mon -_- lol

perhaps one of the most beautiful knives I've ever seen. a hefty price tag, but if you are willing to pay for it then I can see it lasting you a long time. In my opinion, although its on the small side for fixed blades, due to the bulkiness of the sheath, I don't recommend it as a regular carry. I personally keep it in a bag unless I know I'm going to be using it a lot, in which case I strap it to my belt. I give it a 4 out of five because I feel it could have come with the blade a little sharper; I have sharpened it myself, however the hardness of the steel makes it a timely activity. overall a fantastic and beautiful tool.

This is a great knife! It is very sharp and has a great feel in my hand. My only complaint is about the sheath. Not sure why it has the blocked edges, but they tend to snag clothing and hang up on surfaces you may come in contact with. It's not really a big deal, just wish the edges were smooth and rounded off.

Get this knife for AWESOME! Small enough to carry. Not heavy but strong enough for actual use. Thumb gimpping very secure and blade EXTREMELY sharp.... of course, uts SOG! Nice handles and very comfortable. You are paying for all the quality a SOG will provide.

love everything about this knife....BUT Sheath scratches blade....that is a Shame!....for this price ????!!!!! This must be addressed!!!!! I have requested a replacement...and guess what?! The same issue happens! SOG or Amazon must address this issue!
