This only just arrived an hour ago. I've been dealing with a clogged drain that has gotten exponentially worse in the past couple days, to the point that I can't even wash my hands without the sink nearly overflowing. It took literally 3 seconds to shove this tool in several inches and pull it out with a huge clump of hair caught on it. I don't think I got it all (I probably could have pushed it in further, but I got a little spooked for a second that I wouldn't be able to pull it out because the fit was so tight and there was resistance when I pushed it in), but nevertheless the sink drains perfectly now! My only complaint would be the packaging. They are crammed tightly in a small zip lock bag and it took more time to try to get them out without stabbing myself then it took to actually clear my drain. Maybe just use a slightly bigger bag? I suppose I could have just used a scissor to open the bag up, now that I realize there is no way I'd be able to get them back in there.

These are sold in a 10 pack, so I expect them to wear out or break over time, but each seems good for multiple uses, and give us extras to put in each bathroom and out in the camper too. The packaging will serve well to store the extras until they are needed. We put one to immediate use, and though it does snag a bit inside the drain, it is simple enough to dance around and pull back out (with a wad of gunk attached). I would imagine each could be made to last longer using a knife or utility shears to make new little side hooks/times as those it came with break off in use.

These work pretty well. We got a lot of gunk out of our bathroom sink. Some of the little teeth end up breaking off but not too immediately to make me leave a bad review. They definitely work. I think the only real downfall is that the orange pieces aren't all that long. Like they get right down to the p-trap but not really any further which we wished it would cause we felt like there was more stuff stuck down in there. For the most part though, they did a good enough job to make our sink drain faster. I'd call it a win.

At first I was happy that these seemed sturdier than the thin, flimsy ones I've used in the past. But when I used it, it got stuck in the drain and the pulling and wiggling caused the pipes coupling to come loose and leak. We had to call a plumber. So, I think maybe it's better to stick with the thin ones.

I know some of the reviews indicated these weren't very sturdy, but I had no issue using them. Strong enough to unclog drains (hair clog) but flexible enough to get around stopper and long enough to navigate bends. We have 3 people with long hair, and I used just one of these to unclog the shower drain, and 2 bathroom sinks. The teeth hold the hair pretty firmly, but it's still easy to clean, and I don't see any cracks or stress lines so it looks like I will be able to reuse that one several more times. This pack of 10 should last quite a while. Great value, works well, sturdy enough and long enough. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

These perfectly unclog a tub drain! Works 100x better than Drano or other liquid drain cleaners and at a fraction of the price. The tub my daughter uses was constantly clogged with hair. I used bottle after bottle of Drano and it either would not unclog it or would clear it a little only to be completely clogged a few days later. These plastic sticks actually pull the hair and gunk out of the drain (it is crazy how much) so the drain clears and stays clear for a longer time.

Absolute trash. Cheap, cheap, brittle plastic. All ten came curled into a small bag. Just trying to gently straighten them for use causes them to snap. They’d break off easily in a drain, making the problem much worse. See pic. I’ve bought hundreds of things off of Amazon over the years. This is my first review. That’s how bad these are. Buyer beware.

The easiest solution to clogged drains would be to have a drain trap so hair can't get down there in the first place, but that's not an option for me since i'm renting. But after living here for over a year and having 2 ft long hair, our drain was def not draining properly. We've tried Draino liquid stuff but it still drained really slowly, so I bit the bullet an ordered some of these zipper drain snake things. Took a while to get here from China but still arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. It only took one shove deep down into my drain and out came a massive clump of hair and my drain has drained fabulously ever since. Completely satisfied, would order again.

We moved into a condo 3 years ago and the drains in the bathroom were always a little slow and putting Draino in seemed to help for a while but it eventually slowed again. The drains are the pull-up stopper kind and was very hard to clean out. Saw these when ordering some Draino and for the price I thought I would give them a try. Excellent. They worked wonders and brought up a lot of disgusting stuff but now the drains run clear. Have passed them on to others with similar problems in the condo. Highly recommend.

Es wird einfach in einer Tüte ohne Beschriftung oder Zettel mit Anleitung geliefert. Einige Häkchen lagen schon abgebrochen darin. Der Kunststoff ist zu starr, um die Biegungen des Abflusses entlanggeschoben werden zu können. Die "Schlange" ist auch etwas zu breit für die Löcher in der Spüle, so dass beim hochziehen gleich weitere Häkchen abbrechen. Und wenn man es endlich wieder herausbekommen hat, ist die Verstopfung immer noch nicht beseitigt. Es ist in meinen Augen eine Fehlkonstruktion.
