Great Pans
I bought these pans because full size, 2 layer cakes are too much for my wife and I to eat (actually, we could eat them but are trying to cut back). So I split the batter between 2 of these pans. I followed directions from Wilton's web site for how long and what temperature to cook. The recommended time was WAY off - by like 40 minutes. These took a long time to bake, but I'm assuming it's due to the nature of the type of cake. I kept testing the batter and adding time until the toothpick came out clean. The quality of the cake was excellent. It came out of the pans with no problem (I always use Baker's Joy and parchment on the bottom). We froze one cake and cut the other in half to make it a 2 layer mini cake. It was a great size, and I'm glad I bought the pans. I feel these are much higher quality than my Cuisinart or even Wilton pans. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to others.

Great for tiered cakes!
One of the biggest considerations for making tiered cakes is that the cake pan has to have vertical sides. Unfortunately most smaller cake pans have slanted sides for some reason.Luckily this is completely vertical and provides a perfect topping for a 3-tier cake (8/8/6).You do need to spray it liberally with oil, though, as it doesn't have any type of non-stick surface. It's perfect for amateur cake making/decorating!

Excellent adorable little cake pan!
This pan is heavy duty and impressive for such a small size. It definitely is not flimsy.I got this as a tiny birthday cake pan so that I don't have to make a big cake when there is only a few of us to celebrate.I found another reviewers baking instructions helpful.350 degrees for 65 minutes, pan 2/3rds full of batter. perfect cake!I'm using a cake leveler to make tiny layers.

Love it
This is a great product. I love homemade baked goods and I like to give them as gifts...and i like "easy." This little pan makes me look like I know what I'm doing. The cakes brown nicely and release easily with parchment lining the bottom. Easy to clean and I love the size. More substantial than a cupcake...enough for 3-4 people to have a good sized piece of cake.

Best Small Cake Pan!!!
Need to stack layers for a Cat In The Hat birthday cake. Already had 12", 9" and 8". These little 6" pans are a great addition to any baker's equipment. Quality of Magic Line is unsurpassed. Heavy duty with nice thick rolled rim. Totally straight sides give your cakes that professional look.

Perfect!
Thought at first it was way too small but turned out to be the best mini fruitcake I've ever made, moist even color & well risen.

Good 6 inch cake pan
Great six inch cake pan. Very sturdy and well built. These are not flimsy cheap pans. Very deep, so they can accolade quite a bit of batter despite being so small.

Perfect size, diameter and height wise
Bought 2 for a halved recipe (of an 8") 2-layer cake. Perfect size, diameter and height wise. I didn't realize [Read: failed to read descripton] that it was going to be aluminium but it still feels like good heavy-duty quality. I like 'em so much I'm probably gonna buy some other sizes for my baking needs.
