How to clean the wet roller?

Wet rollers can be hand washed or washed in the dishwasher using a common household antibacterial detergent.To keep the wet roller clean, we recommend washing it after each cleaning.

Does your vacuum absorb water? Do you have water in the clear bin?

When the wet roller head is detected, the suction automatically stops and switches to a water cleaning mode that only supplies power to the head, so water will not enter the clear bin.The wiped away waste and debris will be discharged into the sewage tray behind the roller, so the water cleaning is complete within the head.

Can I work with my current Dyson V12 Detect Slim?

Submarine Wet Roller Head will not work with any other vacuum cleaner including Dyson V12 Detect Slim that was purchased before.The program has been updated to intelligently switch between the water cleaning mode and normal suction mode.The previous software does not support water cleaning.

Can I use it on tatami mats, rugs or carpets?

No, it will not work.Submarine Wet Roller Head is designed for stone floor surfaces such as flooring, cushion floors, and tiles.

How often do I replace the wet roller?

To maintain optimum performance, we recommend replacing your wet roller every 6 months, depending on how often you use your machine.

めちゃめちゃ買って良かった！！コードレスはパワー不足を指摘されがちだけど全然そんなことなくて細かいゴミから部屋に配線してるケーブル類まで容赦なく吸っていきます！wゴミも溜まったと思ったらワンタッチで捨てられるし、何より液晶ディスプレイが思ったよりも便利で楽しい！
