Loud enough to not be useful in an apartment. There is a very low motor hum that will penetrate walls easily, and the spin cycle creates LOTS of vibrations that will be transmitted through the floor. It can't handle a single regular size bath towel without erroring out and cancelling the cycle (even if I try to balance the load by hand). In addition, this washer is not easy to move around because the plastic casing feels so bendy and cheap. I feel like I could easily break this. That's right, its entirely made of thin plastic I had the pleasure of my machine breaking after only two uses and support is typical overseas nonhelpful and limited in knowledge. I'm stuck with a machine that cannot complete cycles. It just endlessly repeats the spin cycle. Add water. Spin. Add water. Spin. Endlessly. It is also starting to make new noises that are very annoying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Also, there is only ONE water inlet connection, so if you plan to hook this to a conventional hot and cold (dual) water source, this is not the machine for you.

This has been one of the best value and quality purchases that I've made in the past 10 years. Shipping was quick, and the product was packaged with enough padding (but not overdone that it made it bulky to move by myself). I had it unpacked and setup in less than 10 minutes (I had another brand's portable washing machine and it just made it past the 1 year warranty before the motor gave out completely). The maximum load size is quite impressive and the largest I've seen on any model less than $250. Water drains quickly and I've had 0 issues with any leaks. It rarely goes off balance with a large load and the noise is quieter than my upstairs neighbors (or their music!) Highly recommended to anyone who hates public laundry mats or apartment building laundry rooms + it looks pretty good (and I'm not a vain person but my neighbors and friends have commented on how sleek and stylish it looks in my apartment).

I read many complaints about this washing machine and decided to go for it. I am not at all disappointed with my purchase. The only downside is the hose needs adjusted every once in awhile. It does have a built in pump so it should be able to be held upwards in a sink however sometimes the water does get stuck and you have to put the house down on the floor (into a bucket) let it begin to run and then the pressure builds up so you can put it right back in the sink. It functions great! It gets my clothes very clean and is much bigger than I expected. It is a little on the heavy side. It spins violently and isn't too loud which I love.

I am so pleased with this purchase. This is a small washer with a large tub so it can wash queen size blankets and sheets, towels, jeans ..just about anything! It is quiet and easy to hook up and use. It really gets the clothes clean and they are almost dry after the final spin! I was leary of buying this but I must say it has been a wonderful and much needed surprise! I recommend this washer to anyone in need of a good small portable washer. It arrived quickly as well. This small washer machine is a beast! I washed 4 pairs of size 18 jeans and they came out clean and smelling good as well as it spun out the water so well it didn't take long for them to dry. I live in a small apartment and paying for the laundry mat is expensive, I bought this little guy and do all my laundry aside from large blankets, I wash towles to clothes. I hook this guy to my bathroom sink and set it inside the tub to drain and it works so beautifully. As a replacement to a laundry mat prices it's already paid for itself and more saving me money and time! Absolutely well worth it and a must have for me!!! Thank you!
