My Tralt office chair is high quality, comfortable, with good back support. Also easy to complete the assembly of the arms & wheeled base. Much of it comes already assembled. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Chair has a thick, built-in cushion that's on the firm side. The arms are also cushioned & swivel up vertically so they don't get in the way of pushing the chair under the desk all the way up to the backrest. The company followed up with the promised selection of a portable cushion or seat cover. I chose the cover. It fits snugly over the chair seat, & the quality matches the chair. I've no complaints about this office chair & am glad I selected it.

Comfortable and Supportive Chair I’m very pleased with this office chair. Assembly was straightforward and everything fit together well. The chair feels sturdy and comfortable, and I really like the adjustable lumbar support because it gives my lower back extra support while sitting for long periods. These chairs are incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend them. I would say they are the best desk chairs I’ve ever sat in from the cushioned seat, to the adjustable arm rest and everything in between, I'm very happy with this purchase. I sit at my desk all day for work, so I needed a new chair. The great reviews sold me on these, but I wasn’t sure whether I would want a headrest. I ended up getting two of their padded-armrest chairs, one with a headrest and one without so I could compare the two. The chairs are pretty much identical, except the one without the headrest has a slightly larger seat. I’m shorter than average, but even the larger seat was still very comfortable for me. The headrest is convenient because it allows me to lean my head back and relax instead of constantly leaning forward, which helps prevent tech neck. Since I’m on the shorter side, I’m still working on finding the perfect position for the headrest, but it’s still really nice to have. Both chairs were easy for one person to assemble, and the materials and overall quality feel very well made. However, the biggest praise I want to give is to their customer service. It is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. They provided a direct phone number with the packaging, and when I had a question, I called and was connected straight to a live person. She was extremely helpful and even called me back on a weekend, just as she had promised. I actually missed her call, but she called back later to make sure I received her voicemail. I will definitely continue shopping with this company. There truly wasn’t a single thing I was disappointed with. Great chairs, great quality, and exceptional customer service!

I bought this chair for my small office and you can't imagine how fascinated I am with it, it's excellent, good size, very easy to assemble, I bought the white version and I'm delighted, it feels resistant, very comfortable and of good quality, it can be adjusted to your back, it really has a fairly affordable price since the quality is excellent. Since you can spend many hours sitting in this chair and you will be comfortably. And don't forget that white gives a beautiful design to your office

I’ve been using this chair for several hours at a time, most days of the week, and I’m genuinely impressed with how comfortable and supportive it is. For reference, I’m 5’8.5” and around 300 lbs, and the seat dimensions work very well for me. The foam seat strikes a great balance between soft and supportive. One of my biggest issues with my previous office chair was that the seat was too heavily molded, which created uncomfortable pressure points. This seat is relatively flat and spacious, so I can sit naturally without feeling like the chair is trying to decide where every part of me should go. The adjustable lumbar support is another major improvement over my previous chair. Being able to adjust the support means I can position it where it reduces strain on my lower back, rather than having a fixed lump behind me. The mesh backrest is supportive while allowing plenty of airflow, which I especially appreciate on a hot day when the air conditioning isn’t running. I also like the tilt mechanism. I generally keep it locked while I’m working, then unlock it when I want to lean back and take a short break. The armrests are more versatile than I expected. They can swing completely up and out of the way, and they can also extend forward or slide back. Moving them back lets me get closer to my desk, while folding them up makes it easy to push the chair underneath when I’m finished. Build quality seems quite good. The plastic components feel sturdy, the metal components are tightened together securely, and the finished chair feels stable when I’m sitting in it. The casters work perfectly adequately, although I’ve owned chairs that rolled a little more smoothly across my floor. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but I did run into one issue: one screw was missing. Fortunately, I happened to have a compatible screw, but you shouldn’t need your own spare hardware to finish assembling a new chair. The box also included a card offering a free five-year extended warranty after activation, which was a nice addition. Overall, I’m not merely satisfied with this chair; I’m impressed by it. I wasn’t expecting it to be this comfortable, supportive, and solidly built. After regularly spending several hours at a time in it, it’s working extremely well for me.

It's a pretty good quality and sturdy chair. The back support is fine, im used to full sized backs, so it's quite an adjustment for me. Im not a fan of the size, im a 6 ft male and i find myself feeling like im slipping out of the chair. This isn't for big or tall people. The best selling point for me was the adjustable arm rests and seat height adjustment since it matched my adjustable desk. Overall its sleek, not uncomfortable, though i do wish it was bigger.

This office chair has exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable, especially for someone who is currently working from home and using it daily. It was very easy to put together. The arms push back and the size is great. It is very sturdy and great for every day use. It does provide great back support and stability.

The package arrived with a damaged box, and the item had a few small scratches on it. Thankfully, the product is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging could definitely be improved to prevent damage during delivery. I hope the seller takes more care with packing in the future.

Calidad 10/10 Materiales 10/10 Comodidad 10/10 Precio 10/10 Longevidad 10/10 (según lo que investigué, ya que lo que se rompe y las deja inútiles siempre es la estrella de la base, esta cuenta con una metálica y además tiene el tamaño correcto) Me llegó enterita, la ensamble rápido, es fresca, no le tiembla nada, no se mueve si no quieres, no le cambiaría nada mas que si a caso el material de los descansabrazos pero eso se corrige poniéndole cualquier funda, honestamente no le quita nada de virtud. Cinco estrellas se queda corto.

Ahora sí! Está silla tiene materiales de bastante buena calidad, incluso desde el empaque se nota que viene todo cuidado. El ensamblaje es muy sencillo y fácil. Lo hice todo sin problema y quedó muy bien. Es una silla que se siente muy cómoda y segura, incluso para personas robustas. La recomiendo totalmente.

Buenos materiales y se siente de calidad, es muy cómoda para estar varias horas y la verdad fácil de armar incluso si solo te guías en las imagenes del manual se hace en menos de 1 hora la silla tambien esta hecha para gente muy pesada por lo que tambien vale la pena dependiendo de tu peso, espero que llegue a durar varios años
