This thing came through i have been trying to spot this owl during twilight with absolutely no luck until I got this and actually managed to spot it in total darkness with absolutely no ambient light or moonlight whatsoever apparently in my area I have a great horned owl as well as a screech owl I now have video and pictures of this magnificent creature thanks to this my kids are going to love this thing on our camping trips I'm hoping to record sea turtles when nesting season comes up thanks to this I won't need to worry about confusing the turtles with those obnoxious led headlamps the built in spotlight managed to allow me to see the owl clear as if it was daylight it is like a floodlight how this thing is so bright in this tiny unit is beyond me but I'm absolutely impressed one thing I did not expect if your a star gazer point this thing at the sky and prepare to be amazed at what you see I was able to see satalites moving across the sky as well as things my eye couldn't even perceive was there. has 4k capabilities as well as playback functions right on the built in screen to watch any captured footage to make certain you got what you were hoping too.make certain to familiarize yourself with the controls prior to being out in the dark with it only took me about 5 minutes of playing with it to get it all memorized as well as the fact that the left lense has a focus ring that needs to be adjusted to sharpen things at different distances I was about 1100 feet away from the owl when I spotted it.comes pre installed with an SD card so its ready to use right out the box has many advanced setting including anti shake to help stabilize recording also has a built in mount to attatch it to a tripod to get even steadier recordings and too many other settings to name but i love this thing. Looks great and is lightweight so I don't think prolonged use will be an issue

These were "OK" they showed some things but were SUPER bulky and the quality was not that great.

I mainly use these to keep track of my dogs at night and they work surprisingly well. The night vision is clear and makes it easy to see what’s going on outside in the dark if I need to check things out around the yard or nearby woods. They’re also really fun to use for watching birds, squirrels, and other wildlife at night. The zoom works well and the battery seems to last a long time before needing a charge. I like that they come with a memory card included too. Overall, these are a great mix of useful and fun, especially if you spend a lot of time outdoors or around animals at night.

Compared to other similar night goggles I’ve read about, this one is very good for the price. It has many features that more expensive models have and is more portable. This comes with the trade-off of having a smaller lens sensor and screen. It is about ⅔ the size of a regular set of binoculars, durable, the resolution is very good on the small screen even zoomed in, the rechargeable battery may last over 10 hours, and if you have questions or problems the online support from this company seems to be very good. There are a lot of options in the menus but it is fairly simple to operate after learning what the buttons do. As with almost all cameras sold on the internet the specifications never make much sense. The image sensor creates what appears to be very compressed 1920x1080 images and 30 fps (or 60 fps cropped) HD video, which are the most practical settings to use. Setting pictures and videos to record at a higher resolution just scales the number of pixels up. This takes up more storage space and will not improve images. On a 3" 16x9 LCD screen viewed from 6" away such as with these goggles, the limit of human vision where you won’t see any pixels is about 1600x900 pixels (1.44 MP). The sensor produces slightly better resolution than this which means that what you see on the screen can be very clear even at medium zoom. At full digital zoom the images are pixelated but still fairly clear in daylight. If you hold it very still with the focus set right, at 3X zoom or more in daylight you can see and capture details that you could not see at all without the goggles. (At 5X zoom or more at night you can see more detail than you could with just a flashlight). On a much larger laptop screen the images and video have good detail and color but can’t be cropped or blown up without losing resolution. Night pictures are grainy but can also be impressive on a laptop screen when in focus. For pictures I took during the day, the EXIF showed 25mm f/1.5 ISO100 1/219sec. At night, ISO160 1/50sec. Even without the infrared night vision turned on, a sliver of moonlight or city lights may provide enough light to see very well. Other things I liked: It has a tripod screw hole, the included 64GB microSD can store about 16,000 2MP photos or 9 hours of HD video, and its small size and weight are perfect for me. The night vision of the goggles can actually be in color with the infrared light turned off even in extremely low light at night. Things I didn’t expect: It will work close up (less than 50 ft away) but the width of view is only 6° because it already magnifies things so much before zooming in. It is designed for distant viewing, not walking. You have to remember to use the focus knob. There is no audio. It’s not as steady as regular binoculars because you can’t rest it on your face to hold it still. It’s not military grade of course but it is portable, lightweight, may run a full day or night on a charge, and is a lot of fun to use.

Took these out one night just to test them in the backyard, and I ended up staying out way longer than planned. It’s pretty wild how clearly you can see in complete darkness once you get used to it. I was spotting things way farther out than I normally would, and the zoom actually helps without making everything blurry. I didn’t expect to use them much at first, but now I bring them along on walks and trips just for fun. The battery lasts a long time, and having the SD card included made it easy to record right away. They’re simple to figure out and just make nighttime a lot more interesting.

Ho acquistato questo binocolo con visione notturna perché sono appassionato del mondo della natura, mi piace fare escursioni, il campeggio, vedere gli animali nel loro habitat e osservarli da lontano, in particolare i rapaci notturni nei boschi. In realtà, per le sue caratteristiche, penso che sia perfettamente adatto anche per eventi sportivi come partite di calcio. Ho avuto modo di provarlo per qualche giorno e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto e lo ritengo molto utile per chi ama la natura, le attività all’aperto o semplicemente per sicurezza…mi è tornato molto utile in casa in campagna quando di notte ho sentito dei rumori fuori casa e grazie alla visione notturna sono riuscito a vedere nitidamente di cosa si trattava!!! Per me la modalità notturna è il vero punto forte…è possibile vedere chiaramente anche in condizioni di buio totale!!! Punto di forza è anche la batteria integrata ricaricabile da 5000 mAh che garantisce ore di utilizzo continuo senza preoccupazioni ed è un grande vantaggio per chi trascorre molto tempo all’aperto. C’è il pulsante per il menù per effettuare varie regolazioni e cambiare impostazioni come la risoluzione che arriva fino a 112M per le foto e 4k@30FPS per i video, gamma colori, reticolo, picture in picture, stabilizzatore, nitidezza, esposizione, modalità sport, e molto altro ancora. Inoltre è possibile vedere i video e le foto scattate direttamente dal binocolo. Nella parte inferiore c'è una vite per fissare il binocolo su un cavalletto di quelli standard che si usano anche per le fotocamere. In definitiva il binocolo lo reputo molto pratico, versatile per diversi utilizzi, leggero e facile da usare e trasportare. È Ideale per appassionati di outdoor, birdwatching, o semplicemente per sicurezza notturna. Consigliatissimo!

If you were looking into a forest wood, you'd definitely be able to spot animals well over 1000 feet away. It also has a zoom feature with a sharpening mechanism to get a clear image when you're zoom it. It also has a powerful flashlight with multiple modes that allow you to see deep into the woods. The controls are easy to use after a few minutes of practice. The battery lasts a long time, charges quick and I like that it came with a 64GB SD card. It's great for camping, wildlife watching. Definitely taking this on my next safari. Solid quality and definitely worth it!

Besonders überzeugt hat mich die Infrarot-Nachtsicht: Selbst bei kompletter Dunkelheit kann man Objekte auf mehrere hundert Meter gut erkennen. Die angegebene Reichweite von bis zu 400 m wirkt realistisch. Der 12-fache Digitalzoom ist ebenfalls praktisch, auch wenn die Bildqualität beim Zoomen etwas nachlässt – was aber völlig normal ist. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der starke 5000mAh-Akku. Ich konnte das Gerät mehrere Stunden am Stück nutzen, ohne nachladen zu müssen. Die mitgelieferte 64GB TF-Karte ist ein nettes Extra und reicht für viele Fotos und Videos völlig aus. Die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv, auch für Einsteiger gut geeignet.
